555bat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering for, or using the 555bat platform in any capacity — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other access point — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all aspects of the 555bat platform including the Slots section, Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games and any other product or feature available on the platform now or in the future. They apply equally whether you are accessing 555bat from a desktop browser or the dedicated mobile app for Android or iOS.

555bat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation confirming your age and identity, your account may be suspended or permanently closed and any pending withdrawals held pending the outcome of the verification process.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one 555bat account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• 555bat will never ask for your password via email or message.
• You must notify 555bat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 555bat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to protect your credentials.

555bat reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, provision of false information, or any breach of these terms.

All transactions on the 555bat platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions and no foreign exchange fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast — interbank instant payment
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks
• Credit and debit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts or anonymous payment sources are not permitted. 555bat reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change.

Funds deposited into your 555bat account are held solely for the purpose of gaming and betting activity on the platform. 555bat does not pay interest on deposited balances. You should only deposit amounts you are comfortable using for entertainment purposes.

Withdrawals from your 555bat account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy exists as a standard measure to maintain consistency in payment processing. In cases where this is not possible, 555bat support will work with you to arrange an alternative.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass identity verification. This includes confirming your name, age and the ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawals held until the process is complete.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during standard business hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• 555bat does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is an ongoing investigation into account activity.
• Bonus-related funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 06.

If you request a withdrawal and it is not processed within the standard timeframe shown in the cashier section, please contact 555bat support with your account details and the relevant transaction reference.

555bat offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slots, cashback offers and special promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or T20 tournaments.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses on 555bat:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• 555bat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• If a bonus is claimed by circumventing the intended conditions — for example by creating multiple accounts — the bonus will be voided and the account closed.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% while table games and sports bets may contribute less. Check the specific promotion terms for the contribution rates.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review the details of any bet before confirming it. Bets placed in error cannot be refunded.

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market.
• 555bat reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or gaming session.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side record. In cases of genuine system failure, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• 555bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.
• Odds on sports markets may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is accepted. The odds at the time of acceptance are the odds that apply.

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers, promotions or referral schemes through fraudulent means.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing awareness, or placing bets based on insider information.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, interfere with or disrupt any part of the 555bat platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
• Any activity that 555bat determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be abusive, harmful or damaging to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

555bat cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities in any investigation involving suspected criminal activity conducted through or related to the platform. Where fraud or financial crime is identified, all relevant information will be provided to the appropriate authorities.

555bat is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe and sustainable for adult players who choose to use the platform for entertainment. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity. If it stops being enjoyable — if you are chasing losses, gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, or finding it difficult to stop — that is a sign to take a break.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered players through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can add to your account.
• Session Reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account.

• 555bat is not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the platform, beyond the amount of your deposited balance at the time of the incident.
• 555bat is not responsible for any financial decisions you make in relation to gaming. Gaming involves inherent risk and you are solely responsible for managing that risk.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the event in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.
